01 · Pick an amount
For organizers
Set up before the ice melts.
Create an event
Name it, set the tip presets, and pick who the Nods go to: the bar team, the band, the crew.
Pair your device
On the kiosk, choose "Pair". It shows a 6-digit code. Type that code into your dashboard and the kiosk is tied to your event.
Go live
Flip the event to live. The kiosk picks up the event name, the presets, and the recipient label on its own.
Get paid
Every tip settles straight to your organization's Stripe account. TipNod never holds your money, and the fee is disclosed up front.

The kiosk shows a code like this. Enter it in your dashboard and you're paired.

FAQ
The three questions everyone asks.
No. Guests tap their phone on the kiosk or scan the QR code, and either one opens checkout on their own phone. Payment happens there through Stripe, with Apple Pay and Google Pay built in. No card data ever touches the device.
No. The tap and the QR code carry everything needed. The kiosk uses a connection only to flash the thank-you confirmation and sync live totals. If there's no signal, tips still go through and the dashboard catches up later.
